Design Structure:
We are the leader in developing special high-tech centrifugal pumps, by our powerful engineering department and produced in-house software.
In NAhadineh Sanat Arman Pars Co., the design structure is included three sections:
- Hydraulic design
- Mechanical design
- Preparing manufacturing drawings and providing production technology
We prepared in-house software in each section to have a best fit tools with our requirements.
Hydraulic design:
In hydraulic design, the initial dimensions of the hydraulic parts are determined, and then its preliminary 3D model of each part and their assembly is preparing bu using the relevant software.
In next Step, the three-dimensional model is analyzing considering the operation fluid type/conditions to prediction of the performance parameters of the pump before manufacturing.
Mechanical design:
In order to mechanical design, three-dimensional model of the pump by considering all mechanical constrains in detail has to be created. In this order, all the worst case loading conditions, including hydro-static test, extreme loading in result of seismic conditions , all possible and required external loads, all hydraulic internal loads and etc. should be considered.
In order to rotor dynamic analysis, our in-house prepared software, “RODSYS “, is one of our tools to estimate critical speeds, vibration and rotor dynamic analysis.
Preparing manufacturing drawings and manufacturing plan:
After finishing mechanical design, drawings and manufacturing documents should be prepared.
These drawings and documents should be sent to pattern maker and casting workshop after developing of the manufacturing plan.
